Before finding the right concealer, you should know your skin tone first and must conduct some product-testing. This job ain’t easy. Trial and error are not just waste of time, but also money. This is also tough for me.
I need concealer even though I do not have dreadful dark eye circles to cover up. I need it to diminish some skin imperfections such as pimple marks and my green undertone and a few visible spider varicose veins.
Just last week, I purchased this L’Oreal VisibleLift Concealer (Medium Light Shade). This concealer has a pen brush that is being used as an applicator, however you still need your fingers in blending (tap tap tap = pak)
What I like about this product?
- Easy to apply
- Reasonably priced
- Non-sticky
- Not cakey
- It blends well with foundation and moisturizer
What turns me off?
- I need to re-apply after several hours
- I still need my fingers in blending
- It may not work to those who have dark eye circles and puffy eye-bags
Would you recommend this to a friend?
Of course, this product is a must try if you don’t have heavily dark circles around your eyes, and be careful in choosing the right shade.
