To further enhance its after-sales services, Digital Telecommunications Inc. (Digitel) has opened more avenues to provide customer support.
After launching its TXT 1200 hotline last year, Digitel has now opened its text hotline service to Non-Sun Cellular users. Subscribers without Sun Cellular-powered mobile phones can instantly get in touch with Digitel’s Customer Service via text by sending DGREG to 0922-9991200.
“We want to make sure that even our current non-customers can reach us anytime. We want to anticipate their every need, Eventually they may become Digitel subscribers as well.” says Reuben Pangan, Vice-President for Customer Relationship Management of Digitel.
Digitel also makes its E-Billing facility available to subscribers who can view their Statements of Account online by simply visiting http://billing.digitel.ph. It will soon offer the paperless option where billing statements will be sent to their email addresses. “Apart from helping our subscribers keep track of their bills, this is also our way of helping preserve the environment,” adds Pangan.
Digitel is a leading telecommunications company that provides DSL, landline, and wireless landline services to both residential and corporate markets. Sun Cellular is Digitel’s subsidiary.
